Our Competition and Anti-trust team deal with matters relating to cartel enforcement, merger control, and abuse of dominance. The experienced team of Competition & Anti-trust has been regularly involved in regulatory litigation going on in the Competition Commission of India, NCLTs, NCLAT, and Supreme Court.
